Customer Care will deal with all service queries. Every customer has a dedicated Customer Care Executive who is their first point of contact for queries on delivery issues, invoicing and other general problems.
The role of the Customer Care Team is to be on hand to help resolve these issues quickly and efficiently, allowing you to get on with the job of running your business.
