Firstly, our thoughts are with you, your colleagues and your loved ones. Due to this incredibly challenging situation, it is critical we are all here facing this problem together.
In light of the uncertainty we’re all facing with the outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), I wanted to inform you of some of the steps we’re taking as a business to ensure the safety and well-being of our staff and customers, and to ensure continuity of supply.
Our full sales, marketing and design teams have been working remotely from their homes and can be contacted through the usual numbers and emails.
For the most part, it’s business as usual here. Both UK and Ireland markets are open for distribution using third party logistics to fulfil any orders. At present we are fulfilling all international orders and will work with each customer and logistic handlers in their region to make sure supply is delivered as quickly as possible and, more importantly, as safely as possible. We continue to monitor and follow advice from Public Health globally, and will keep in close contact with the relevant authorities throughout this time.
I wish to let our suppliers know, we will not be cancelling any orders with them, and all orders will be paid for within agreed terms, and where we can, we will look to pay people early, to do our part in helping ease the financial burden some businesses are under.
